1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lally's Cakes & Sweets services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Payment
Custom Orders: All custom orders require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs and design complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before may forfeit the deposit.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Quality Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery for a resolution.
4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee availability if pickup is delayed by more than 24 hours without prior notice.
Delivery: Delivery fees and availability vary by location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic and weather conditions.
Handling: Once the order leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transport by the customer.
5. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
6. Design and Customization
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs based on ingredient availability and technical limitations while maintaining the overall aesthetic and theme of your order.
Images and designs inspired by copyrighted characters or intellectual property may require modifications to comply with copyright laws.
7. Photography and Marketing
By placing an order, you grant Lally's Cakes & Sweets permission to photograph your custom order and use these images for marketing purposes on our website, social media, and promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lally's Cakes & Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
